During this excursion will visit the historical places, connected with life and creative work of great writers and poets: N.Gogol, I.Kotlyarevsky, V.Korolenko, V. Kapnist. The unique literary and memorial museums are included in this excursion.
4) Excursion “The Temples of Poltava” (4 hours/50 km)
The excursion is dedicated to the formation and development of Orthodoxy in Poltava region. The excursion program includes visiting of some temples, monasteries and convents: Hrestovozdvizhensky convent; Sampsonivska, Spasska and Makarivska churches.

Dikanka, Gogolevo. (150 km.) This excursion will familiarize you with the history and way of life of Ukrainian country. You will get unique possibility to see many architectural monuments, samples of folk creative work and homecraft. You will visit picturesque places, depicted in the works of N.V.Gogol. The personages of the stories will revive in the historical and cultural complex «The evenings at hamlet near Dikanka». 6) Excursion “Around the Gogol places”. The big route. (8 hours/210 km)
Dikanka, Gogolevo, Veliky Sorochinzy (210 km). This excursion is extended variant of the previous one. It provides the opportunity to familiarize with the place of the famous "Sorochinzy fair" and visit the museum of N.V. Gogol in Veliky Sorochinzy. (the total time is 8 hours)
7) Excursion “Mgarsky Spaso-Preobrazhensky monastery in Lubni” (9 hours/300 km)
You will visit one of the biggest monasteries at the left-bank part of Ukraine. You will become acquainted with its rich history and unique architecture. (the total time is 8 hours)

The excursion is dedicated to the potential of folk homecraft in Poltava region. The route goes through Reshetilovka, Dikanka, Oposhnya. 9) Excursion “Along the Cossack Paths” (7 hours/250 km)
